Refund Policy

Requests for a full refund must be submitted in writing and postmarked by November 1st, 2008 and are subject a $3 handling fee. Requests postmarked between November 1st, 2008 and November 15th, 2008 will be refunded half of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after November 15th, 2008. No refunds for lunch may be made after November 1st, 2008.
